The Battery Tender seems to be in every automotive store in town. The Yuasa is not one I'm familiar with, but its the same brand as the folks who make our batteries, isn't it? It has lots of good reviews, charges with. Its taken batteries from 8V to over 12V overnight without losing battery fluid. I don't know if the "desulfation" function actually does anything, but the batteries I maintain with it tend to last about twice as long as advertized. But I've had a great experience with the brand. The newer BatteryMINDer, which is a 1.3A, might be a little more powerful than I want for a single battery. I'm looking to buy another charger to add to the one I have, and there are 3 that seem to fit the bill: around 1A with a maintenance function that won't overcharge the battery. ![]() Originally, it was for my car, which doesn't get much use in the winter. I've been using a 1A BatteryMINDer for around 12 years. ![]()
